Who We Are
The New York State Certified Officials of Soccer (NYSCOS) is the statewide governing body for high school soccer officials in New York. We represent every certified local referee board and act as the unified voice of over 2,500 high school soccer officials across all NYSPHSAA sections.
We are the bridge between local officials and state leadership — advocating for our members, setting professional standards, and ensuring the highest level of officiating across the state.
